On Wednesday 26 April, KEIJI OKAGAKI, President and CEO, participated in “Issuance Ceremony of Attracted Company Certification by Akita Prefecture and Noshiro City” held at Noshiro City Hall and received the certification.
The ceremony was hosted jointly by Akita Prefecture and Noshiro City. Kiyomi Tamori, Vice Director-General of Yamamoto Regional Promotion Bureau of Akita Prefecture and Shigenobu Saito, Mayor of Noshiro City respectively issued the certifications. Besides our company, Marubeni Offshore Wind Development Corporation and Vestas Japan Co., Ltd. also received the certifications.
We relocated the head office from Akita City to Noshiro City as of April 1, 2023 after starting full-scale commercial operation and are operating and maintaining the offshore wind farms at Noshiro Port and Akita Port with its basis located at Noshiro Port in collaboration with Marubeni Offshore Wind Development Corporation and Vestas Japan Co., Ltd..
We are willing to contribute to the development of local society through stable operation of the offshore wind farms for 20 years.
