Seajacks Zaratan has arrived at Akita Port
On Wednesday 15 June, Seajacks Zaratan, a self-propelled SEP (Self-Elevating Platform), arrived at Akita Port.
We will deploy Seajacks Zaratan for the installation of wind turbine element (towers, nacelles, blades) as we did for the installation of foundation element (monopiles, transition pieces) last year.
We plan to execute the installation of foundation element firstly in Noshiro Port and then in Akita Port from the 2nd half of June through early autumn.
We continue to advance the construction on the principle of safety first towards the commercial operation before the end of 2022.
