Many elementary school students visited our exhibition facility as part of the Akita Seaside Summer School class

On August 4th of this year, approximately 30 children from grades 3 to 6 in Akita Prefecture, accompanied by their parents, visited our exhibition hall, Kaze Miraikan, as part of a class at the Akita Seaside Summer School, where they learn more about offshore wind power generation.
The Akita Seaside Summer School is an ocean experience and environmental learning program for elementary school students, organized by the NPO Sports Commission Akita, an organization that develops sports events and educational activities aimed at revitalizing the local community and promoting health, with the motto of "Vitalizing Akita through Sports!" The 2025 event is held in August in Akita City, Oga City, and Noshiro City, where participants learned about Akita's ocean and marine resources, experienced local industries such as offshore wind power generation and fishing, and deepened their understanding of environmental protection and sustainable energy.
We will continue to actively sponsor events like this to contribute to the development of Akita Prefecture's next generation of talent.
